Evidence That Empowers
For parenting coaching to remain credible and relevant, it must be anchored in evidence and enriched by ongoing learning. PCAK is at the forefront of research, documenting both indigenous parenting wisdom and contemporary global practices. By advancing knowledge and sharing findings, we strengthen the profession while ensuring parents benefit from the best available insights.
We conduct and support studies on issues ranging from child development and parenting methods to family resilience and social change. Our findings are published in reports, journals, and policy briefs, and shared in accessible formats for members and the public. We also host conferences and symposia where practitioners, scholars, and leaders exchange knowledge. Importantly, our research values both modern science and indigenous traditions, preserving cultural heritage while promoting innovation. Knowledge is not stored in books alone — it lives in conversations, training, and practices. PCAK ensures this knowledge flows freely, raising the standards of parenting coaching in Kenya.
